Welcome to ‘Learning How to Integrate & Illustrate your Birth Chart Workshop Series’!
Within this 7 week, hands on workshop series you will learn the basics of understanding your birth chart through a Tropical Astrology, whole sign house lens. You will learn the how to write the glyphs of your chart, and be able to understand what each of them mean.
There will be 7 live Zoom classes Wednesdays from 7pm-9pm eastern. *a recording will be sent out as well.
Within this workshop series you will receive over 10 handouts on planets, transits, aspects, houses and more. Each week we will discuss information from those handouts within this dialogue intended for plenty of time for Q&A.
Throughout the workshop series you will learn about the glyphs, planetary speed and motion, and learn about applying and separating aspects. You will learn about Moon cycles, and how to follow transits.
This workshop series will culminate with you **illustrating your own birth chart, applying all of the information learned throughout the 7 week workshop series!
Participants will also receive a 33% discount for an optional astrology reading!

**you will need art supplies of your own choosing- markers, crayons, paints, color pencils, etc.
You will also need a notebook to take notes, and do homework.

****please note, this is an introductory workshop in which you will learn a lot of basics of Tropical astrology, in which you will be able to understand and follow your own birth chart and transits. This course will not train you to become an astrologer- a vocation that take hundreds of hours of study, but it will lay the foundation to deepening your astrological understanding.
All workshops are Wednesday 7pm- 9:00 eastern.
Workshops will be live, but you will also have access to the recordings if you are unable attend live workshops.

Aug 17: Week 7: Live Zoom Call : Synthesis of classes, putting it all together by illustrating your natal chart and discussing the intricacies of your artistic expression.

Cost Breakdown
Cost is $444. Your cost is $15 an hour for my time to prepare for class, teach the class, and email homework, and answer emails each week.
For every 5 people who sign-up at $444 price, I will offer a sliding scale ($0-$444) scholarship for someone who is unable to pay the full amount. Queer, non-binary, and BIPoC folks to the front.
Donation
10% of the income received through this workshop will be donated to 1 or more of the following: land tax to Indigenous peoples, Trans and Non-binary platforms, platforms protecting folks who experience houselessness, and BIPoC land stewards.
Accessibility
We will have class through Zoom, so Closed Captioning will be available through that platform. A private link will be emailed to participants for replays through Youtube, and Closed captioning is available through that platform as well.
Homework
This workshop series has daily homework journaling (about 15-60 min each day) that will be discussed in the following class.
About me:
Hi, I am xocean, I am a queer, nonbinary, trans, white, fat, femme astrologer and artist. I have had an intimate relationship with the Moon since childhood. I received my first astrology book in grade school and I received my first natal chart reading in high school (pre-internet days!) I started studying astrology loosely in 2012, and in 2015 I took my first in depth astrology workshop series with Chani Nicholas. In 2017 I went to astrology school and graduated from a 120 hour astrology program in May 2018. I have been a professional astrologer under the name IndigoMoonArtist since June 2018, and have taught many workshops on various astrological topics.
My classes are queer-centric. I will not tolerate any hate speech in my workshops. I do not believe in ‘safe spaces’ but try and create a safer space for queer, trans, non-binary folks to learn, grow and be vulnerable.
